This week’s Bake the Bag is King Arthur Flour’s Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re yummy, although I don’t think the picture on the recipe is correct. My dough was so thick and stiff that it had trouble absorbing all the chocolate chips. My cookies also ended up like domes; they did not flatten out in the oven.
But the recipe is very tasty and I can’t wait to share them.
