2017’s photographic fascination have been time lapse photography. If I want to shoot every night, I need to do it close to my apartment (DFW traffic is awful).
I took an overnight trip to Caprock Canyons State Park in July, solely for the purpose of photographing the stars. A few of my friends mentioned taking a road trip to New Mexico, and I tagged along for the first leg.

Infrared (IR) photography is a fun little side project of mine that I do from time to time. No, I don’t have any fancy equipment, like an IR converted camera, or anything like that. For me, IR photography is a natural extension of my love for long exposures.
I took a long weekend in Roanoke, VA to visit Megan. I had a lot of firsts on this trip, and really enjoyed myself.
